Description

CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

Introduction to solid mechanics including statics, stress, strain, and deformation. Equilibrium conditions, axial loading, torsional loading, pure bending, stresses and deflections in rods and beams. Students with credit for ENSC 281, MSE 221, or ENSC 385 may not take this course for further credit.
