We carry out research in areas ranging from structural geology, tectonics, geochronology, magmatism, metamorphism, mineralogy and geochemistry. Our work includes both real-world and theoretical studies. We provide our students with intensive and integrated training in petrology and tectonics. Field work combined with lab analyses forms the basis for many of our students' programs.
