The lab travelled to the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific Victoria campus to participate in their Research Sharing Day. We delivered two presentations: Towards Objectively Measurable Training Load Metrics in Swimming (Aidan Kits) and Race Modelled Training Assessment (Matthew Skirrow).
