This year's St. Andrew's & Caledonian lecture, Scots Siege Warfare, and Storytelling, featured Sharon Alker, Professor of English and General Studies at Whitman College (Walla Walla, Washington), and Holly Faith Nelson, Professor of English and Co-Director of The Gender Studies Institute at Trinity Western University (Langley, B.C.). These two scholars and sisters delivered an engaging talk on Saturday, November 25th at SFU's Harbour Centre campus. If you missed the lecture, you can watch it on YouTube.

Musicians also entertained attendees before and after the event.

We were also happy to Welcome United Scottish Cultural Society director Cilla Bachop and executive director Mike Chisholm.
