Terrorism CRIM 413 (3)
Provides a broad, critical introduction to terrorism and political violence. Examines the historical foundations of terrorism, and theoretical and conceptual understandings of this phenomenon. Identifies and explains a wide range of terrorist motivations and ideologies. Applied and comparative approaches are used to explore the central question of how to respond to terrorism. Prerequisite: CRIM 101.
