Professional Engineering Ethics and Practice SEE 402W (3)

An introduction to the engineering profession, law and ethics, and engineers' responsibility to society. Students will explore worker and public safety and the social, environmental and sustainability implications of engineering. Includes how to successfully transition to the next career stage. Special emphasis on communication skills. Prerequisite: SEE 110; Minimum of 100 units OR 80 units plus two-term co-op work. Students with credit for SEE 402 may not take this course for further credit. Writing.
