MetaOptima's product, Molescope, is an innovative app, which helps users detect the onset of skin cancer before it breaks out. It provides a professional self-screening imaging device that comes with educational software, online consulting and local referrals to bring peace of mind for users and save lives. They are currently resident clients at the Venture Connection incubator offices at SFU-Surrey. The ten finalist companies have completed three jury rounds, attended education seminars, and met with business mentors to reach this point. All companies will now pitch in-person to a private jury on September 12th and 13th, with the winning companies to be announced at the BCIC New Ventures Competition awards ceremony on September 25th.
