Facilities include classroom seminar space, intimate boardrooms, indoor and outdoor reception areas, exhibition and trade show space and tiered theatre venues. Conference delegates benefit from a beautiful mountain top retreat at Simon Fraser University. The campus offers a convenient location, competitive prices, and friendly efficient service with a variety of accommodation options. The Conferences and Guest Accommodations team is available throughout the year to discuss proposals, plan events and offer assistance on site. The campus is host to many association conferences, corporate retreats, athletic events, ESL camps and cultural events each year. |

- Audiovisual Services: LIDC, SFU’s technical group, offers a broad range of audio and visual equipment including satellite connectivity and the capability to deliver video conferencing.
Simon Fraser University is a smoke free campus. There is no smoking permitted within any building on campus. No pets are permitted unless required for medical reasons.
