Deposit & Payment: A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit will be charged upon boking and the balance upon Check-In Date. Upon booking confirmation and an authorized payment form will be sent to you to confirm your long term booking reservation. This fee is calculated based off your total cost of stay. The remaining Accommodation Fees will be processed up to two business days prior to your Check-In Date.

Cancellations: a minimum two weeks notice is required to make any changes or cancellations to your booking. Changes made within two weeks of your check-in or check-out date are non-refundable.
