Exclusion of B.C. Provincial Parks

Provincial parks are designated for preservation purposes and not development. Therefore, these areas were left out of the MCE. The parks image in IDRISI was in vector format, which required rasterizing. The INITIAL module created a blank template for the new rasterized image which was then reclassed accordingly.
