As a Graduate Liberal Studies (GLS) student at Simon Fraser University (SFU), you have access to a number of student resources and valuable services.
Medical coverage
As a Graduate student at SFU, you are a member of the Graduate Student Society, which advocates on your behalf, and provides a number of valuable services to you, including the Graduate Student Benefit Plan, which provides eligible students with Health and Dental insurance coverage.
The Plan is designed to provide many important services and cover expenses not covered by a basic health care plan (e.g. the British Columbia Medical Services Plan), such as prescription drugs, dental care, travel health coverage, vision care, and more.
