Description

CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

This course provides a broad overview of the real estate field. We will investigate all aspects of real estate investment decisions, including property valuation and management, financing choices, and market cycles. The main goal of the course is to offer you a foundation for a career in the real estate industry. Students with credit for BUS 490, 491, 492, 493, 494, or 495 when offered as Real Estate Finance may not take this course for further credit.
