Prerequisites:45 units. BUEC 391 is not to be taken concurrently with BUS 393.
Common law, equity, and statute law; contracts, agency, and negotiable instruments; partnership and corporation law; international commercial law. Students with credit for COMM 393 may not take this course for further credit.
