CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

Elementary French I is a carefully sequenced and highly interactive presentation of French language and culture in a media-rich course environment. To successfully take this course, you should be a motivated student with a sincere desire to learn about French language and francophone cultures, and be comfortable with computer technologies.

COURSE DETAILS:

The course introduces the fundamentals of the French language, while developing basic communicative proficiency in the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It includes grammar explanations, readings, vocabulary building, and listening comprehension. The course also introduces various aspects of Francophone cultures.
