June 2, 2016, New MOCVD tool under construction at Structured Materials Inc. This III-V tool will have unique capabilities, including the ablity to transfer samples to other tools under ultrahigh vaccum.

May 1, 2016, NSERC USRA student Katrina Stirling has joined us for the summer and is working on use of a novel tunable ultraviolet source for excitation spectroscopy of ZnO nanowires.
