Multimedia equipment at SFU Woodward's

SFU Contemporary Arts will use a $1-million grant from Western Economic Diversification Canada to purchase advanced digital equipment for its new home in the Woodward’s redevelopment project. The funding will give students, non-profit groups and businesses access to sophisticated multi-use equipment that includes high-definition video cameras, TV sound-stage equipment, LED lighting, speakers, fibre optic switches, digital cameras and computers for interactive design. These really tangible tools will help people to either develop their own enterprises or collaborate with others.
