On August 26th, ΔE+ lead Taco Niet and members Kamaria Kuling and Ashok Sunder Rajan attended the SFU Mobility Lab as part of the UN’s seventh Global Environment Facility (GEF) Assembly. The GEF exists to discuss and fund projects related to biodiversity, climate change, food services, sustainable cities, and more, with the Mobility Lab held to share projects and organizations focused on sustainable mobility strategies. Taco, Kamaria, and Ashok were excited to share ΔE+’s work on EV modelling, electrification, and CLEWs, among others, as well as to learn all about other amazing projects going on at SFU and elsewhere. With the Food System Action Lab happening at the same time, they also took the chance to try some delicious snacks.
