Shedrach

Shedrach is a MASc. student in the CREATE research group at SFU/SEE. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus. He has also received a graduate diploma in Data Analytics from Douglas College.
Shedrach has gained significant industry experience since graduating in 2017. He has worked in the oil and gas sector with Expro Saudi Arabia and also held various positions in the IT industry. Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated a commitment to utilizing data-driven approaches for engineering solutions that promote a sustainable future.
Shedrach is deeply passionate about data-driven engineering. In the CREATE group, his research focuses on developing ML/DL models to analyze users' travel patterns within a bike-sharing system. He aims to quantify the impact of increased bike-sharing on greenhouse gas emissions and pollutants, thereby providing valuable insights into environmental sustainability.
