Today’s organizations need leaders to discover ways to inspire and engage diverse individuals and personalities across multi-disciplines and departments and help them to excel. The first step of your leadership journey is in understanding yourself.

What is your leadership style? What is the impact and influence of your strengths and your possible weaknesses? The session will explore these questions …and more.

Fundamental to the session will be your unique Insights Discovery Personal Profile. The profile provides you with a detailed understanding of your working style, how this impacts your relationships with others, and how you might improve your personal and professional effectiveness.

Your profile is generated by you completing our on-line evaluator as required pre-work - to be completed before May 15th This will take about  20 minutes and is confidential. A link will be sent to you upon registration. Your profile provides on-going value to you as you connect back into your world of work.

Anne Bishop, BSc, MA, Senior Consultant: Insights Learning & Development Vancouver

Anne is a gifted learning and development professional. She has a proven ability to guide teams and organizations to discover and leverage their potential. Her mastery in the art of integrating high performance facilitation, coaching and change intervention enables her clients to quickly apply their learning to their everyday work environment.

With over 30 years’ experience as an educator, Anne brings her unparalleled depth of experience and unique brand of sparkle to all her projects. Current work includes facilitating development in leadership, team building, change effectiveness and in building influencing skills. Spanning the private and public sector, her recent successes in shifting performance include leadership development for a high tech company in 5 countries, through to team building for groups working with our society’s most vulnerable people.

Anne holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, and a Teaching Certificate and Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia. Within the Insights Learning and Development System Anne is accredited in Insights Discovery, Team Effectiveness Qualified, and is a certified Insights Transformational Leadership Practitioner.
