Carley Termeer, Research Assistant
Carley Termeer is a student in the Master of Resource Management (Planning) program at Simon Fraser University. Her research interests include policies and regulatory mechanisms that support nature-based solutions and conservation in communities. Carley previously completed a Bachelor of Science with Distinction, Major in Biological Sciences and Minor in Arts Psychology (University of Alberta) in 2010 and a Juris Doctor (University of Calgary) in 2013. Carley worked as a lawyer for eight years, primarily in the areas of family law and wills & estates. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, birding, reading, writing fiction, and fossil hunting.
