I cannot see my course listed when creating a new shell
When you are creating a new course shell and you are not seeing your course listed under your account, the following are possible reasons:
- the course is a late addition and has not been submitted to SIS by the department
- you are creating the course too early and it has not been submitted to SIMs by your department
- sessional instructors or new instructors will not have their courses linked to their accounts until they are officially on the payroll even if the contracts have been signed
If you are sure of your course and section, you can use the manual look up during the course set up process to find the course and create it from there.
