Computational Chemistry Our group employs a variety of software in our theoretical investigations, including GAMESS-US and Gaussian for quantum mechanical calculations, as well as Autodock4 and GROMACS for our investigations of enzyme-ligand interactions and dynamics. We are members of Compute/Calcul Canada's Western Canada Research Grid (WestGrid), which provides us with full access to advanced high performance computing resources. |
