Welcome to the website of Prof. Mario Pinto's research group, members of the Simon Fraser University Chemistry department and its Glycoscience Research Division. We are actively engaged in multidisciplinarity studies in a wide variety of carbohydrate-related areas of chemistry and biochemistry, using a diverse set of tools and approaches. Our current interests are summarized below, along with representative active-site crystal structures and MD snapshots demonstrating a variety of our activities. Further details are available elsewhere on this site.

Thank you for your visit.

Current Interests in Brief
