Climate action and innovation research at SFU spans across all faculties. SFU Climate Innovation is helping accelerate research-for-impact by enabling co-creation with community partners, catalyzing interdisciplinary collaboration and mobilizng and scaling knowledge across local and global networks. Together, with community-centred partners, we are co-creating projects and advancing solutions across five intersecting climate innovation pathways: Indigenous leadership and climate action; clean hydrogen and integrated energysystems for regional resilience; multi-hazard risk assessment and community resilience; low carbon resilient communities and neighbourhoods; regenerative bioregions guided by the land and led by the people.
