April 19, 2022: Updates and reflections

Thank you once again to everyone who has participated in SFU: What’s Next? by sharing your thoughts with me on ThoughtExchange!

For the past two weeks, we've discussed the questions: What does 'Canada's Engaged University' mean to you today? and What values or principles should SFU uphold?

To many of you, being 'Canada's Engaged University' means being a solutions-focused institution that works with our communities to help build a better world.

And I appreciated reading about the values and principles that you think SFU should uphold—including equity, anti-racism, anti-oppression, respect, reciprocity and excellence.
