About the Local Committee
The SFU Refugee Action and WUSC Local Committee is led by student volunteers in collaboration with International Services for Students. The Local Committee plays an important role in supporting the integration, settlement, and well-being of sponsored refugee students at SFU.
Local Committee executive members are expected to make a minimum one-year commitment and actively contribute to supporting sponsored students throughout their transition and university experience.
