Indigenous Tutoring and Mentoring Program Admin Team Member
Admins are ITMP volunteers who contribute through means other than tutoring. Many admin roles exist, ranging from answering parent or prospective student emails to maintaining the ITMP website or running ITMP social media accounts.
For a complete list of role descriptions, see: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ntv9kDk80ji8n2xO9P5pynYp0MWvzLnlZ0nVRS9VdRA/edit?usp=sharing.
Admins are important roles that keep ITMP functioning smoothly behind the scenes. Though roles vary in time commitment, admins are expected to attend online meetings with their team coordinator on a regular basis, and maintain communication with their team through email, Discord, etc. as per the team coordinator’s preference.
