Institutional Accountability
The Institutional Accountability Plan and Report
The Institutional Accountability Plan and Report (IAPR) is an annual accountability document required by British Columbia’s Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills for all public post-secondary institutions. It outlines each institution’s strategic priorities, key initiatives, and performance outcomes, demonstrating how they support provincial goals for education, workforce development, research, and community engagement.
The IAPR also reports on key performance measures related to student outcomes, program quality, and institutional effectiveness, providing transparency to government, students, and the public about how institutions are delivering high-quality education and contributing to British Columbia’s social and economic priorities.
