Service effectiveness survey

As part of the UniForum program, SFU administers a Service Effectiveness Survey (SES) to better understand the university's administrative service experiences and needs. The SES occurs once a year in the Fall (October/November) and is run in two parts, with each part examining a different set of services.

Last year, we partnered with Cubane Consulting to conduct Part 1 of the survey, and this year we are excited to conduct Part 2, which will continue to help us identify areas for improvement and ensure we keep providing exceptional services to the community.

Process

You will receive an email invitation containing a unique, one-time link to the survey.

The 2023 survey ran in October 2023

The 2024 survey is scheduled for: TBD

It may take you 15 minutes or less to provide feedback on the following topics:

  • Importance of the university's various administrative support services;
  • Satisfaction with the administrative services provided; and
  • How the different services perform relative to systems, processes and staff interactions.

Your responses will be anonymous and confidential.

If you are a faculty or staff member who regularly uses administrative services, but haven't received an invitation email, you can still participate in the survey by contacting the UniForum@SFU Program team at uniforum@sfu.ca
