The total amount of management consulting fees we are paying is amazing (see the link below). We seem to be hiring people without vision and management skills at different levels who need an army of administrative staff to help them do/define what they should have known before they took the offer.

I (mercifully) did not receive the survey. I note the survey is conducted by Academica Group.
For reference: According to the 2021 SFU Statement of Financial Information, the university paid the Academica Group Inc $52,951. This is the latest information I can find.
If the survey is substandard, a pointed question to SFU Comm/Mar (or Mar/Comm?) may be in order.
