Experimental methods designed to combine serology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology and genetics as a basis for understanding immunological aspects of health and disease. Prerequisite: HSCI or MBB 426, and one of MBB 308, BISC 303, BISC 357, or MBB 309W.
