Memorial service for John D'Auria

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of John D'Auria, SFU Professor Emeritus, Chemistry.
John passed away October 22nd after a brief but rapidly debilitating illness.
John was a past president of the SFURA and a valued and active member over the years.
As a key member of the DRAGON team, John was pivotal in the construction of the ISAC Radioactive Beams Facility at TRIUMF and led the development of lab-based measurements of reactions involving unstable nuclei, such as occur in exploding stars.
A Celebration of Life for John M. D'Auria will take place on November 26. 2017
