Fall Dinner

The Association's Fall Dinner will be held in the Diamond University Centre on Thursday, October 21, 1999.

Program 

  • 6:00 pm: Cocktail Hour (no-host bar) for members and guests. 
  • 7:00 pm: Buffet Dinner. 
  • After-dinner Entertainment: Two Schools of Thought, 1977 CBC video –a now-amusing comparison of SFU and Oxford Univeristy.

Cost of dinner 

  • $25.00 per person, includes gratuity and tax.  All those who make early reservations, by October 11, will have their names entered in a draw for a refund of the cost of the dinner.

Reservations for dinner 

  • By October 18, please phone ■■■-■■■■ (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) or send an emailnote. Important: October 18 is the last day on which reservations will be accepted. 

    Unlike last year, this year the fee for dinner will NOT be collected at the door. You must mail your cheque in advance of the dinner to

Since the Association has to pay in advance for all reservations made, your reservation should be regarded as a firm personal financial commitment. Many thanks. 

Parking 

  • Nothing has changed. You still have to get your parking permit from the Diamond Centre as you arrive. There will be limited parking immediately outside the Centre.ORANGE CONES DENOTE PARKING SPACES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. There is an abundance of free parking space just east of the Diamond University Centre, in PARKING LOT C. 

    Remember: All paid-up members of the Association are entitled to a most welcome perk, viz. FREE PARKING in the parkade (immediately west of the West Mall Complex). Just show the parking attendant your membership card on exit.

Reminder
