| When: | Saturday AFTERNOON, July 20, 2002. |
| Times: | Doors open at 1:00 pm. Buffet opens at 1:00 pm. First race (of 13) begins at 2:23 pm. Buffet closes at 5:23 pm. À-la-carte Dinner Menu available at 5:30 pm. Last (13th) race at 8:23 pm. |
| Where: | Hastings Park. Please enter through the CLUBHOUSE ENTRANCE and check-in at the "Will Call" Desk to receive your ticket and program. |
| Parking: | On site, $6.50. Be sure to tell the parking attendant that you are a member of a group attending the races at Hastings Park – you will then be given a voucher for $2.00 which can be used to place a bet. |
| Cost: | A group rate of $23.00/person – includes admission, official racing program, seating in the Terrace Reserved Area, Afternoon Buffet, taxes, and gratuity. Note: does NOT include parking (see immediately above). |
| Reservations: | Reservations MUST be received by WEDNESDAY, July 10. Mail a cheque – made payable to SFURA in the amount of $23.00/person – to: SFU Retirees Association Final date for receipt of reservations andpre-payments: Wednesday, July 10 |
