Walk in Mundy Park and Lunch at Paros Taverna

June 19, 2003

Mundy Park, Coquitlam's largest park, is a stunning example of an urban nature forest. Located in west Coquitlam, this park is home to some of the best urban nature trails in the Lower Mainland. Visitors can enjoy a long, leisurely stroll under the forest canopy lost in the tranquility of nature at its best. The Mundy Park trail system incorporates a loop trail around Mundy Lake and passes by Lost Lake on the east side of the park.
