SFURA baseball fans

Calling all SFURA baseball fans: Afternoon baseball game, Thursday, June 22nd, 1:00 pm.

By popular demand, we once again offer SFURA members the opportunity to attend a Vancouver Canadians baseball game. On this day, in their first home stand of the season, the Canadians play the famous Everett AquaSox, known for their ability to slog through a rain-delayed game.  This is your chance to sit in the same stadium in which current Toronto Blue Jay stars Marcus Stroman, Roberto Osuna, Kevin Pillar, Dalton Pompey, and Aaron Sanchez all developed their skills while wearing the uniform of the Vancouver Canadians.  Who knows what stars will be born in Vancouver this summer.

I can book reserved grandstand seats for our group in advance for $12.00 each (10 people with Natpack of $120), but if we can increase the number to 15 the price is reduced to $11 (15 people with Natpack of $165).

Information about the Vancouver Canadians can be found at http://www.milb.com/index.jsp?sid=t435

If you would like to attend the game with us, please let me know by Friday, June 16th so I can make seating arrangements.  In fact, the earlier you know the better.  Two years ago, the only block of seats available turned out to be in the family section, and some of our members were very agitated that they couldn't quaff an ale or two while watching the game.
