Receiving Messages

1. By default, new email messages automatically appear in your Inbox. They will appear in bold text and are marked with a bold dot on the left-hand side of the message in the message list.

2. When you receive a new message, the folder that the message is in will have a number beside it indicating how many new/unread messages are in that folder. 

Refreshing Your Inbox

1. Your messages can be refreshed by clicking the Send & Receive button in the ribbon.
