Students aren't receiving email replies from my SFU mail inbox

Symtoms: Some users are experiencing difficulties when replying to Canvas Conversations using SFU Mail, and the reply isn't forwarded back to the student's Canvas conversations.

Cause: Users have two email addresses that point at the same mailbox, computingID@sfu.ca, and email_alias@sfu.ca (usually firstname_lastname@sfu.ca). If a user chooses to use their email alias as their From address, they need to add it as an additional contact method in Canvas.

Solutions:

1) Add your SFU alias (eg. john_smith@sfu.ca) to your profile.

2) Change Your Sender Address to computingID@sfu.ca (replace "computingID" to your own ID)
