Students aren't receiving email replies from my SFU mail inbox

Symtoms: Some users are experiencing difficulties when replying to Canvas Conversations using SFU Mail, and the reply isn't forwarded back to the student's Canvas conversations.

Cause: Users have two email addresses that point at the same mailbox,, and (usually If a user chooses to use their email alias as their From address, they need to add it as an additional contact method in Canvas.


1) Add your SFU alias (eg. to your profile.

2) Change Your Sender Address to (replace "computingID" to your own ID)
