Crack Use Epidemiology, Harms and Interventions
Several projects – including international project collaborations in Brazil, principally with academic partners in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Salvador - investigate the epidemiology of crack use and related health and social harms, as well as effective prevention (e.g., public health interventions like safer crack use paraphernalia distribution) and treatment interventions (e.g., novel pharmacotherapy treatments) for crack use in different jurisdictions.
