
Dylan grew up in Vancouver and completed his undergraduate degree in Global Resource Systems at the University of British Columbia. He then earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge, where his thesis examined how public policy influences renewable energy innovation. After graduating, he worked for three years at environmental economics consultancies in London, England. In his doctoral research at Simon Fraser University, Dylan studies how climate and energy policies affect emissions outcomes, economic costs, and their distribution across households and industries.
