Upcoming: Cool Hoods Workshop
COALESCE is excited to partner with the University of British Columbia and the Langley Senior Resources Society to host an upcoming Cool Hoods workshop. This will be a friendly and interactive workshop focused on how neighbourhoods experience heat during warmer weather and what we can do to stay comfortable, healthy, and connected. The workshop will include a guided neighbourhood walk and group conversations, creating space to learn from one another and reflect on what works in our own homes and communities. The session will be led by Stephen Sheppard and Alina Zeng from UBC, who work on climate, communities, and neighbourhood planning.
