CSL Reps at LingSweet 60

On April 23, 2026, the Department of Linguistics at Simon Fraser University celebrated it's 60th birthday with a research conference highlighting the student work being conducted at the labs hosted within the department. Danish Javed of CSL presented his work "Aspectual Markers in African American Vernacular English: Participle Licensing and Projectional Heirarchy" a version of which was also recently featured at Northwest Linguistics Conference.
