Students aren't receiving email replies from my SFU mail inbox
Symtoms: Some users are experiencing difficulties when replying to Canvas Conversations using SFU Mail, and the reply isn't forwarded back to the student's Canvas conversations.
Cause: Users have two email addresses that point at the same mailbox, computingID@sfu.ca, and email@example.com (usually firstname.lastname@example.org). If a user chooses to use their email alias as their From address, they need to add it as an additional contact method in Canvas.
1) Add your SFU alias (eg. email@example.com) to your profile.

2) Change Your Sender Address to computingID@sfu.ca (replace "computingID" to your own ID)
