Engineering student advances to SFU Three Minute Thesis Final

Engineering MASc student Ghazal Mirabnahrazam was announced as the first-place winner of the 2022 Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Wildcard Heat. She, along with Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS) 3MT winners, Oz Oren and Adlin Alwyn advanced to the SFU final.
The Three Minute Thesis challenges graduate students to present their thesis and its significance in three minutes using only one slide. This competition cultivates students' academic, presentation, and research communication skills, and celebrates exciting graduate research taking place at Simon Fraser University.
