Led by Dr. Lupin Battersby, Director, Knowledge Mobilization, consultations provide tailored knowledge mobilization guidance for SFU faculty, staff, students, and community partners at any stage of the research cycle, with a coaching-oriented approach. Whether you are preparing a grant application, launching a new project, or looking to strengthen the impact of existing work, we can help you develop practical and effective approaches to mobilizing knowledge.
Support may include:
- Developing knowledge mobilization strategies for grant proposals and funding applications
- Designing post-award knowledge mobilization and engagement plans
- Identifying appropriate partners, audiences, and engagement approaches
- Selecting and planning knowledge mobilization activities and outputs
- Reviewing and providing feedback on knowledge mobilization plans, products, and events
- Developing evaluation approaches to assess reach, engagement, and impact
- Mentorship and guidance for project staff, trainees, and students with KM responsibilities
