Avleen Randhawa

As a PhD student in the NMLab, I am investigating the structural properties of human gastrocnemii muscles during dynamic activities using 2D and 3D Ultrasound imaging. I also enjoy teaching as an instructor in the School of Human Kinetics, Capilano University. My research and teaching interests range from fundamental concepts of muscle mechanics and physiology to more applied topics in health, physical activity and growth.
