Reservation Details  - - - -  Individual Bookings

Individual guests will make their reservation request by completing a “Reservation Request Form” on our website

The reservation request form can be made by clicking GROUPS and then selecting the correct group name from the drop down menu. Your group name will appear as Women in Physics

The Reservation Request Form must be filled out completely; this includes providing a VISA or MasterCard number, expiry date, and the card holder’s name through the online Moneris Vault link.  

SFU Conference and Guest Accommodations will email a confirmation letter within 72 hours of receipt to each guest via the email address provided once a reservation request form has been received and  processed.  The deadline to submit a group Reservation Request Form is:   July 10, 2013. (After this date, you must make your reservation on an individual basis.)

Guests must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel their reservation.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the first night accommodation fees being charged to their credit card. 

Check In and Check Out

Check in Time:  Check in on day of arrival is anytime after 3:00pm and before 11:00pm .

Late Arrivals:  Guests arriving after  can contact the Guest Accommodations Staff using the oncall access phone located outside the Residence Office.  On-call staff will meet guest(s) at the Residence Office.  Check-ins past midnight are discouraged.   

Check In Location:  Residence Admin Building A1001.

Requirement for Identification:  Guests will be required to show their photo I.D. upon check-in.   

Check out Time:  Check out time on day of departure is by 11:00 am.  Checking out  entails the guest vacating the room along with all of their personal items and the key set is returned to  the Residence Office.  Please do not leave the key(s) in the room. 

Housekeeping Service

Rooms include: linen set, full set of towels, bar soap, and drinking cup. Towels exchanged every 2nd day, linen exchanged every 4th day.
