Registration Rates

Full Conference Registration Fee:     $50.00 prior to June 28   $75.00 after June 28      

Thursday-only Registration Fee (includes BBQ):     $25.00 prior to June 28   $30.00 after June 28

Friday-only Registration Fee (includes Banquet):     $40.00 prior to June 28   $50.00 after June 28

Saturday-only Registration Fee:     $15.00 prior to June 28   $20.00 after June 28

Complete this ON-LINE Registration Form.

Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.

All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds, less a 25%(CDN) administration fee, will be granted to cancellations received by June 28, 2013. No refunds will be issued after that date.  Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome

Confirmation of your registration

When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server, as well as a credit card payment notification receipt from Moneris.
