Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunities in Japan

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) has established the JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowships for Research in Japan. The two programs available—Standard and Short—provide a limited number of promising early-career researchers with the opportunity to conduct research at Japanese universities and designated research institutions.

In Canada, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) is responsible for recommending nominees for this fellowship.
