For January 30 Come prepared with: 1. A clear, concise and polished description of your study, to include in your Informed Consent Form (the document that you will give to your research subjects that tells them what they're being asked to do for the research - see a sample Informed Consent Form here). 2. Samples/first drafts of any instruments you want to use in your fieldwork, as these all need to be OK’d for your ethics application. Some examples are: a list of questions for a questionnaire or interview, or an observational protocol for non-participant observation (e.g. list of things you’re looking for at your research site; see a sample observation protocol here). |
